Back In Antibes, make your way to Château Grimaldi which houses the Picasso Museum, the Château he himself used from July – December in 1946. Today it boasts an excellent collection of Picasso’s paintings, drawings, lithographs and ceramics as well as a display on the great Master himself. It is certainly one the of the Riviera’s finest attractions.
Terrace restaurants and cafes line Antibes old town offering plenty of places for breakfast, brunch, lunch though to Dinner. Seafood won’t come much fresher than in these restaurants. What else would you expect from one the of top port resorts, not only on the Riviera but in the world!
If it is night time entertainment you’re after, this is the Quarter to be in. Don’t miss Blvd d’Aguillon, just south of the old city wall, by the port, which is lined with bars.
